Your body is infinitely wise ➝ and it has something to say.
The experiences that shaped you live in your body and long to be heard.

Nearly every skill in life can be strengthened through dance.

  • To negotiate
  • To ask for what you want

  • To make clear decisions

  • To set strong boundaries

  • To lead with confidence

When your body and mind move in harmony, that alignment becomes your refuge.

I'm Erica. My friends call me "E." I'm a facilitator, experience designer, and founder of E.Motion Medicine™.

I guide individuals and groups to lead with power and speak with presence through movement, neuroscience, and the psychology of embodied storytelling.

From studios and boardrooms to retreats and team spaces, this practice meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re leading a team, raising a family, or finding your voice, the wisdom of your body meets how you lead your life.

Erica is a gifted dance artist who creates a welcoming, nurturing space for participants of all levels. As a longtime finance executive in Corporate America, I was used to structure and logic, but had little experience expressing myself through embodied movement. To my joyful surprise, Erica gently revealed a side of me I didn’t know existed. Under her guidance, we were invited to explore the five elements of nature through authentic, personal dance. The experience allowed me to harmonize my well-developed masculine energy with a deeper, more intuitive feminine flow.

"Movement never lies. It is a barometer telling the state of the soul’s weather to all who can read it."
